I found the staff cute right from check-in. this continued throughout my four-night stay. all the staff, from restaurant waiters to front desk personnel and even the general manager, remembered my name and were warm and professional. the customer service exceeded my expectations. It was both thoughtful and attentive.
The room was compact. The art deco style felt luxurious. however, the view was marred by unappealing buildings nearby. i also noticed a bright glow from the light switches at night, which could be bothersome for those who prefer complete darkness when sleeping. i suggest addressing these minor inconveniences.

the hotel is ideally located downtown, close to transportation and plenty of restaurants. many tourist destinations are within easy walking distance. i could easily access various points of interest without relying heavily on taxis or public transport.

The rooms have everything you might need for a comfortable stay, down to the smallest details. the attention to detail throughout the hotel is noticeable. the design of the hotel creates a luxurious feel. It shows the care put into maintaining the building.
